Psion Teklogix 8580 and 8590
The 8580 and 8590 are powerful and rugged. Both operate with the freezer option at temperatures between -30º (-22 ºF) to +60º (144 ºF). Both boast tough-as-nails IP ratings – they come in at IP66 – so you can forget about dust or moisture stopping the shift.

The 8580 has a large 10.4” SVGA display which you can read in all lighting conditions. Including direct sunlight.

The 8590 goes even bigger with a high-res 12.1” (1024 x 768) screen and allows leading warehouse management apps run without adapting the user interface.

Psion Teklogix 8525 G2 and 8530 G2
The 8525 G2 and the 8530 G2 take ruggedness to new extremes, operating comfortably at temperatures between -30ºC to +60ºC (-22°F to 140°F). Thanks to heated components and exceptional sealing, the 8525 G2/8530 G2 can handle the heavy condensation that occurs when driving from a cold warehouse to a warm receiving dock. They’ve earned an IP66 rating, so you never worry about dust or moisture causing downtime.

The power that comes from forklift truck batteries can be very nasty - high voltage peaks and gaps without power. The 8525 G2 and 8530 G2 are designed with the experience of four generations of vehicle mount computers. The wide-range 10-90V power supply allows installation on any truck without the need for pre-regulators, additional power supplies or filters, or additional cost. If you want a vehicle mount computer that still runs while the truck power is down, the 8525 G2 / 8530 G2 offer an optional internal backup battery

The 8525 G2 and the 8530 G2 are Microsoft Windows® based, so integration couldn’t be simpler. Both are jammed with technology including the XScale® processor, WiFi, Bluetooth® and narrowband connectivity while a range of external ports allows you to connect to just about any kind of peripheral.

The 8525 G2 boasts an impressive half VGA 640 x 240 (8.8”) colour touch-screen display, so workers never need squint again. The 8530 G2 has a full SVGA 800 x 600 (10.4”) color touch-screen display which is readable in all lighting conditions – including direct sunlight.

The 8525 G2 has an integrated keyboard, available in a variety of formats – all with 10 dedicated function keys. The 8530 G2 takes things a bit further. It has a powerful, on-screen virtual keyboard. Very handy when you’re struggling for vehicle mount space. And if you have more demanding data entry needs, you can always switch to the separate keyboard.

The 8525 G2 / 8530 G2 housing is made from powder coated magnesium that delivers a greater strength-to-weight ratio than aluminum or steel.

Psion Teklogix 8515
The 8515 works hard and keeps its head down. It never breaks the forklift operators’ line of sight and never compromises durability or performance. It boasts a razor-sharp, 640 x 480 full-screen VGA color display that supports a huge range of applications. You can read the bright, touch-sensitive display in almost all lighting.

The Windows®-based 8515 features an XScale® processor, together with WiFi and Bluetooth® connectivity. It comes with two USB host ports and one RS232 serial port. So it’s more than ready for your bar code scanners, printers and RFID readers.

The 8515 has a full PC-style alphanumeric keyboard and 10 dedicated function keys which are ergonomically perfect located around the display for flexible and accurate data entry.

It supports a two way speaker / microphone with Push-To-Talk capability. Use Voice over IP to keep in contact with the truck operator in the warehouse. He can inform you immediately if anything hinders him from being productive.
